The terms that apply when you use this platform.
1. About This Platform
Busy World (also operating as digiKolkata) is a multi-service reseller platform that lets registered partners (Retailers, Distributors, API Partners, Master Distributors and White Label Partners) offer mobile/DTH recharge, PAN card services (NSDL, Paperless, Instant), GST registration and filing, MSME/Udyam registration, transport services (Driving Licence, Vehicle Challan, Train/Flight booking), insurance, and related government-assisted services to their own end customers.
2. Account Registration & Activation
A one-time activation fee applies to certain partner account types at registration, as shown on the registration form. Your account remains in an inactive (UNPAID) state until this fee is paid; some services and wallet features are unavailable until activation is complete. You are responsible for the accuracy of the mobile number, email, and business details you submit — these are used for OTP verification, service delivery, and all official communication.
3. Wallet & Payments
All services on this platform are paid for from your in-app wallet. You can add funds to your wallet using the supported UPI payment gateway. Wallet balance has no cash value outside this platform and cannot be transferred to another account or withdrawn as cash, except where a refund is due under our Refund Policy. You are responsible for maintaining a sufficient wallet balance to use paid services.
4. Government & Third-Party Services
Services such as PAN, GST, MSME, Passport, Driving Licence, Vehicle Challan lookup, and similar are processed through official government portals or authorized third-party partner APIs (e.g. NSDL, DigiKolkata, apicentre.in). Processing times, approval, and outcomes for these services are determined by the respective government department or third-party provider and are outside our direct control. We facilitate submission and track status on your behalf but cannot guarantee approval timelines set by external authorities.
5. Train & Flight Booking
Train and flight booking requests are manually verified and confirmed by our team based on real-time availability, which we do not display live in the app. For train bookings, no charge is collected until our team confirms the actual fare — you review and pay the quoted amount before the ticket is booked. Booking a specific train, flight, seat, or fare shown at the time of request is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your password, transaction PIN, and OTP confidential. Enable Two-Factor Authentication from Profile > Security & Privacy for an additional layer of protection. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use this platform for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent documents or false information, to scrape or automate access to the platform or the third-party services it connects to, or to attempt to circumvent wallet, pricing, or activation controls. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without refund of any non-refundable charges already incurred.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or applicable law. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions about these terms, please reach out via the Support Center in the app.
